It is definitely a smoking allowed casino. This was my very first visit to this casino. I usually go to Harrah's Metropolis or the Tunica, MS casinos. The only thing good I can say about this visit is that the rooms were nice and newly remodeled.ĭrove up from Nashville, TN for the day (Saturday). Needless to say we left the next morning. After returning to our room more than three hours later I went to take a shower and there was no hot water Only cold water.Called the Desk who sent a service man who finally told us there wouldn't be hot water till morning. We were then told there would be no water in the room for three hour That when we went to the casino. Upon arriving,the two girls at the check-in desk ignored us while one talked on the phone and the other played on the computer. There are six food facilities on property but only one was open.We stayed at the Tropicana Hotel.
Inside the casino the carpets had spots on them and the stairs going down to the next floors were dirty.
Upon entering the street entrance we couldn't help notice how dirty and in much need of painting the entrance was. Although you can walk across the air tunnel,we decided to walk across the street which is closer.
